My dear friend Annie,

Jayne and I are so lost for words at this time of hearing of the sad loss of your Peter.

We had wished and asked thru our prayers to the Lord to have given Peter more time with us but he must need him for other reasons.

I will miss him so much as a DJ and a wonderful friend.

I only knew him for a short time and I could relate his affection for the Shadows music which I truly adore as well.

We have had fun nights to remember him by like the Parachute jokes.

I do wish you love and hugs at this time and our thoughts are with your family too.

Peter is better now and cured of his illness which we thank the Lord for, so

God Bless him.

I can't tell you how deeply saddened I am by your tragic loss. In life we come to meet many people. Some will pass through our lives unnoticed or as just a fleeting memory. Others will reach into our hearts and remain there forever and our feelings for them will grow with every precious moment we get to share with them. Through their own kindnesses we grow to love and respect them and hold them dear to us. Such are my feelings for you and Peter. Your many kindnesses to so many people have bought me to love you and care for you in such a special way.

I feel your great sadness and that of your family at this time of immense sorrow and loss and I have prayed for you all that you be blessed with comfort and strength to go on in the great knowledge that Peter is at peace, in the hands of our Lord and Master. He will be well rewarded for his trial in life and he will remain closer to you than you may think.

 Our heartfelt deepest sympathies to you and your family. We were sad to read your note that Peter had passed on. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Just wish we could just give you a huge hug right now but please know that we are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

We have so many fond memories of Peter's radio shows. I know Russ mentioned just the other day that he always liked to listen to his shows and I did too.

Though we never had the pleasure to meet you "in person", our hearts ache for the loss of Peter and the sadness that you are experiencing, Annie

Dag lieve Annie,

ik heb zojuist gelezen dat Peter er niet meer is. Ik wou dat ik mijn medeleven met jullie kon uitdrukken, maar woorden schieten me hiervoor tekort. Ik weet uit eigen bittere ervaring hoe erg het is iemand te moeten missen waarvan je zielsveel houdt. Nog dagelijks doet mijn hart zeer en wil ik de hoop opgeven dat het ooit beter wordt, maar ik realiseer mezelf ook dat ondanks alles het leven door moet gaan. Ik probeer aan de mooie momenten te denken en ik wens van ganser harte dat de liefdevolle herinnering aan Peter je overeind houdt. In gedachten leef ik oprecht met jullie mee.
